Psychotherapy

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a form of psychotherapy that focuses on changing negative patterns of thinking and behaviour. At Bicester Counselling, I use CBT to help individuals identify and challenge their negative thought patterns, and replace them with more positive and constructive ways of thinking.
