Counselling and Psychotherapy

I specialise in providing counselling and psychotherapy services to Bicester and its surrounding areas. I have extensive experience in the treatment of issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, loss, and grief. I offer a safe and nonjudgmental space where individuals can explore their thoughts and emotions, and work towards achieving their goals and improving their overall wellbeing.


Psychotherapy is a form of talk therapy that is designed to help individuals work through their emotional and psychological issues. At Bicester Counselling, I use a range of psychotherapy techniques, including cognitive behavioural therapy. Psychotherapy sessions are tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals, and are designed to help them gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their experiences.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a form of psychotherapy that focuses on changing negative patterns of thinking and behaviour. At Bicester Counselling, I use CBT to help individuals identify and challenge their negative thought patterns, and replace them with more positive and constructive ways of thinking.
